Artist Profile
AQUAFRESH
===========================================================================
Handle: Aquafresh
Real name: Simon Bostock
Age: 19
DOB: 13/04/76
Years of exp: About 4 years of experience.
Previous groups:From start to end! Dianetix, Hipnotics, Eclipse Uk, Futura,
Defekt, Surprise! Productions Uk, Divine, Karma, Grid and Lsd.
Current group: Surprise! Productions PC and Motion Blur.
Game projects: I`ve worked with Spidersoft Developments in the past with a
number of game projects, mainly the Amiga version of "Brutal - Paws of Fury",
"Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends Pinball" and "Pinball Mania 2" for the PC.
These were just 4 channel modules (3 channels for the music - 4th channel for
the ingame sound effects).
College/Work: I`am currently in the final year of a Higher National Diploma
in Computer Studies, and afterwards I would like to do something like games
programming as I`am currently learning how to code on the PC. Either that or
be an inhouse games musician for a huge well known games company.
==========================================================================
I was an Amiga based musician till the end of 1995 when I sold my A1200 and
purchased a PC. I`m currently busy working on some projects on the PC like a
64k intro for The Gathering'96 (coded by Onyx/S!P) and a music disk called
'The Toothpaste Factory'. Well, thats its current project name, but it`ll
probably change! hehe...
The sort of music I like to compose varies a lot. I like to do a lot of
experimenting with different styles from Jazz to Rave to Blues to
Classical and Rock. I guess I do more synthy style music then anything else.
